do you feel guilty...,?

Lol, that just happened to me yesterday I'm on a diet, so I'm restricted to only a few types of food, but I always have 1 free day every week, where I could eat whatever I want to That day was yesterday.. Needless to say I ate one of the biggest meal one could ever imagine, most of it was composed of fried food as well :( Hopefully I'll be able to control myself more on my free days..
