What do the people here have to say about the beheadings that have taken place since the time US invaded Iraq?

I think its terrible. Its an obviously terrible thing that the insurgents should be accountable for. Luckily there seems to be fewer and fewer lately as the US as success in counter insurgency. I think its also ironic that the Geneva Convention is flaunted when a few soldiers go bad at Gitmo or Abu Ghraib, but American POW's are beheaded on camera...

....and I think that is the precise reason why the execution of Saddam Hussien was shown on t.v...you know, just to get even with the militants. Do you agree?
