Should Bill Clinton aid in Hillary's campaign or keep quiet?

Everyone is aware that Hillary Clinton is going to run for the presidency. One major issue that people fail to see is the input from her husband. Should he help her campaign for the office or stay on the sidelines? Will the negativity surrounding his term in office bring her down, or will his effectiveness as a President help Hillary succeed?

Like any partnership they should stick together, help each other out and he should give her every support she needs. Back her to the hilt. His experience alone will steer her in the right decision, she still makes the final decision but having someone at hand to help her will only benefit her in the long run. I really hope she does suceed and she should grab every opportunity to help her win the campaign. If you were in Hilary Clinton's shoes wouldn't you want your other half backing you and giving you good advice, rather than just letting you get on with it, with no input of any kind?

Of course! No matter his previous personal life, he was effective as the leader of a nation and can SUGGEST things for Hillary. I do however, feel Hillary should keep her own mind about her, and simply use Bill for some guidance.

I think that if she has any chance of winning her husband needs to be as quiet as possible. He needs to be in the background because he brought enough disgrace to the oval office during his years of presidency that if she has a chance of swinging a moderate or conservitive vote.

I think he should advise her, but do it only on a background basis. The major media, the GOP and the American Public will in time make him an issue, so in the meantime he should just stay as far in the back as possible.

I think she should have him help, but she needs to be very careful that she emphasizes that it is SHE who is running for office not Bill. I have heard many, many people say that they were able to separate Bill's private issues from his ability to be president, so I really don't think that negativity about him will hurt Hillary's chances.

He should definately help. Whatever negativity in Bill's past, people still liked him as a president. He will be very influencial.

He should help in the background. He knows the ins and outs of a presidential campaign and can help in that way. She does also and does not need him to be at the forefront of the campaign. HE will help, but she needs to be the focus if she wants to win.

i think he should help her at least from behind the curtain. coz he has got better experience as a president and of course he knows how to win. Hillary will definitely take his help and she will be definitely influenced by Clinton's policies of external affairs.

I think he should help, what kind of message would it send if he didn't? I believe Hillary supported him 100 %. I think he should be willing to do the same.
