Headaches from oversleeping

Does anyone else get headaches from oversleeping? I may oversleep as little as an hour and I'm left with a headache that takes awhile to go away. Anyone have any ideas to why this happens and if it happens to you, what do you do to relieve it?

Yes, i too face the same problem from oversleeping. I understand that it is due to oversleeping..and simply stay awake for the rest of the day..and i take care not to fall asleep too quickly.
