I am interested in working from home so I have more time to spend with my family and friends. I have visited many websites offering work from home positions, but ask for a fee to be paid first. Are there any websites I can visit that don't require a paying money to get information, don't have to click to get paid? Please let me know.

Working at home is successful only when you work sincerely. Work-at-home environment is so unstructured that, you need to be able to organize, set up routines and stay on task with Self-discipline.
Just because you have the option to work at home does not mean you are not part of a larger group. Meeting deadlines and completing tasks will be essential to your success. Keeping necessary materials and information within easy reach is crucial to using your time efficiently.

I'd start with WAHM.com and check the message boards for ideas. There are folders there on just about everything, so you can check things out before jumping in. The women there are great about telling you what to watch out for, and what pays/what doesn't.
Be careful because there are nearly as many people trying to take advantage of people in your position as there are people in your position! So many want to charge you for a package or a starter kit, then be done with you. Just watch your back.

Many websites, or forums out there that pay you to post, like mylot. You just have to know where to look. But be careful, most of them, though, have turned scams.

hi
hi good day! Please do not pay anything to a website that will require a prepayment before you start to work most of them are scams! Like you i am also a job seeker online and through my diligence all or my hardworks are paid off! I started to work on the site for a year and they not ask me a single cent! You can work also like me. Once you sign up there you can start to work just right away! I tested the site and i am confident to recommend it to you. You can work anytime and anywhere you want and be paid for every project you will finish. Actually my minimum earnings is $300 . I have referred many users on the site and we formed a group and we help each other. So if you like to work sign up under my name and i will give to you my full support.
send me an email at algie_rose@yahoo.com ASAP! there are lots of project to work.
god bless!

Like you, I wanted to find something to spend more time with my kids, unfortunately I found that I'm just too much of a busy body. But I am very comfortable doing the little things I do online to make ends meet. Also, many of the things out there that could be very profitable and easy (after you get it going) do require a large start up. That large start up is the one major detour that is hindering people who truly want to make money, put the time and effort in it, and are in a desperate financial crisis. I wish you luck on your journey. I have many things on my blog, don't know if any will be of interest to you, but please feel free to check it out on my profile page.

If you enjoy writing articles, you can join Associated Content and submit your stuff there. Depending how what type of articles you submit and how useful they are, you can stand to make a good amount from the site. They payout weekly via Paypal. http://www.associatedcontent.com/join.html?refer=48320

First of all, don't pay any fees to anyone. Of it is legotimate work, they will pay you for your time and effort.
There isn't any site that pays enough for you to give up work entirely (believe me, I've looked). There are a number of sites however that will pay you a little pocket money for doing surveys and the like. If you go to my profile, there's a link to my blog which has a list of sites that have worked for me.

Never pay a fee to work for someone -- this is almost always a scam.
There are legitimate work at home positions out there. Many companies have "home-sourced" their call centers, and use independent contractors working from home to do customer service. Work at Home Agent and LiveOps are two companies that offer this.
If you can write, proofread or edit, there are positions in that field.
I've also seen a lot of work for people who can do transcription.
There's a great message board that discusses all of these: www.wahm.com/forum
Check it out, it's a great resource.

Its hard to find legitimate work at home jobs. This is one of the sites that seems to make decent money, but if you really enjoy writing I would really suggest Associated Content... They pay arounf 7 dollars for each 400 word article you write, and it can be on any topic you like!
Heres a link for you to sign up...
