Some people can not do online classes. They have to have the class room interaction and they lack the discipline to schedule their time.

Networking and having a social life. That's about it, I think. Some people also need to be in a classroom setting to learn. That way they can interact with the professor and ask questions as they arise. I actually prefer working at my own pace on my own timeline. I just applied for Ashford University's online program and don't see any differences between the ciriculum or classes. This is my first time taking online courses but I'm really excited about it and think this will work out well for me. It sure saves you a ton of money to take online courses. The Associate's program I enrolled in will cost me the same amount as if I got a degree from the local community college. $14,500 when all is said and done, including books and testing fees. Which is actually very reasonable. Are you going to apply for an online school? Which one(s) are you thinking about?
