Can i buy in ebay INDIA through paypal account?

Hi i wanna know wheather i can buy products from ebay INDIA through paypal.When i see the payment options in INDIA it has pay paisa.Is there any way to transfer paypal amount to pay paisa of INDIA.

.
i wrote to the ebay india customer care officer about this as i too had the same problem
.
he asked me to shop on ebay.com and not on ebay.in to use my paypal account...
