My favorite fish is one that we have around here that is called "pargo", no idea of how to translate it into other languages. I am a big fan of fish and like about any fish, even salmon. Cod has a big tradition around here, but it is not as good as most people claim it to be.

Yeah, there are maaaany ways of cooking fish around here and I guess it just up to each one to do it the way it better likes. I like my cod very dry and salted.

You're contraddicting yourself. If a carp was an intelligent fish you wouldn't be able to catch it so easily, no?...

I used to love fish till the day I caught one and had to tear its spine out. Now I can't stand the site or smell so I suggest if there's something out there you really like that once was alive creature don't watch how its prepared or you might be changing your mind quickly!lol
