Do you think the war in Iraq has been a bad decesion by the U.S. government? I mean look at how many casualties the American Army has suffered (3,000+). Not only are American Soldiers dying, but thousands and thousands of civilans have died to insurgants. Was it worth it for us to go into a decently-stable country with a leader who had no proven nuclear weapons, kill off the country's army, strip the leader of his power, leading the country to go into a civil-war?
Also what were the U.S.'s reasons for invading? Was it really because Saddam had nuclear weapons, we failed to find; or was it really for President Bush to avenge what his father couldn't do? Was it to bring large hordes of oil back to the U.S. to lower prices? Post your opinions.
