How do you cure vampirism?

I'm not even sure if vampires existed or do exist. If you are talking about those creatures depicted on stories, you can "cure" (kill) them by use of stakes driven into their hearts or silver to cut them down. Garlic too! If you are talking about vampirism of certain animals or insects, I think it is natural for them because that's how they survive. Curing it means killing them off.
