Breastfeeding While Pregnant??

Hello, I have a son that is currently 14.5 months old and I am still breastfeeding him. We are talking about starting to try to conceive our second child. I am just looking for other mothers that have done this. Did you find it difficult to breastfeed while pregnant, did it hurt more, were you able to produce enough milk, did you feel worse yourself, etc. Any thoughts and or tips would be appreicated. In theory I am hoping my son will self wean before he is 2. If not I will probably look at weaning him when he is 2 years old. Thanks in advance.
