Stress can really effect our health.
here are some things it can cause
* Heart attack
* Hypertension
* Stroke
* Cancer
* Diabetes
* Depression
* Obesity
* Eating disorders
* Substance abuse
* Ulcers
* Irritable bowel syndrome
* Memory loss
* Autoimmune diseases (e.g. lupus)
* Insomnia
* Thyroid problems
* Infertility
I know its hard to stay stress free (I have 3 kids, believe me I KNOW!)
but we need to do what we can to lower it if possible.
that way we can be healthy.
