Does our team's performance reflecting the imperfection of our couch? Because the strength of this Indian team is good enough to win the World cup. But the way inwhich our guys are playing now doesn't seem to look like becoming champions. At the moment our team's performance against this inexperienced West Indian attack may be good. But overall, our performance is not that much competitive. Nowadays I've started to wonder about our couch. Because basically 'Greg Chappel' is a Professional Australian cricketer. He may be good in couching or training players. But he may not be aware of Indian attitude or tradition towards cricket. Chappel's policies may work for Australia. But I am very doubtful that he can bring up India. His strategies are not proving to be effective. So i think we should be in look out for a new couch. Having said that, I believe this is not the right time to change the couch as the world cup is nearing. So what should we do now?

Greg Chappel had started with a good policy, its nice to search for new talent, but as u said "he may not be aware of Indian attitude or tradition towards cricket" is the major set back for him. See we r giving chance to Sehwag once again for world cup, though he is not consistent, just because he has done well in past. And what about Australia...?,u know there professionalism.I too think we should be in look out for a new couch.

ya what you think is correct as the worldcup is coming near at this time changing coach will be a great problem. But now some of players are in good form if they continue their peerformance in future our team will be leading in worldcup.
Its right that GregChappel is doing some new practicals with the team. This is not good on his part.

Greg Chappel, our Indian cricket team's coach got caught in lot of controversies. The first time I had was when Sourav Ganguly, the ex-captian of the Indian team was expelled out of the team due to some issues with the Coach. I think that was not the fair decision of the BCCI with the recommendations of the coach. Secondly, it doesnt prove well for the Indian team under Greg as a coach. It would have been better if we had a change in the coach before a year. Its too risky to change the coach at present as the Indian team is nearing the World Cup. Let us wait for the World cup and review the performance of our team and then hope BCCI would make necessary changes.
