What is your usual time of sleep? / myLot

I usually sleep after 12MN. I really has so many things to do. That's why even I wanted to sleep early, I really don't have that opportunity.

I sleep at about 11 o clock in the night.

I sleep 8 to 10 hours per day.

im working morning shift 3am to 12noon so i sleep aroung 2:30 or 3 in the after noon.. waker up by 7 or 8pm :)

Iwill after 11.00p.m. Six hour sleep enough for me. If more hard work evening relaxation in bed.
