Letting someone know they have food in teeth

Ok its probably happened to all of us at some point. The ole food stuck between the teeth. But if you see it on someone else do you tell them or just let them walk around oblivious to the fact.
Are you discreet about it or do you just blurt it out?

I don't dare to say some thing like this with my seniors,
but I do mention it
when it's a close friend of mine.
I even don't tell it to strangers even.
Most perticularly
I always avoid such a behavior
with women arround.
few people don't feel it better,
they take it as an insult or their
idiotness exposed by us.
