I am thinking for construct a new house and anybody tell me what are important things we need to keep in mind when build a house.

Making sure to pick a good location. Not to far from society, but not in the middle of the city. I'd buy a lot where you could have a nice lawn, a garden, maybe a pool, etc, but that's just me.
