venom would be the greatest as he knows his weaknesses... and gotten into him...

Venom is Spiderman's greatest enemy. Venom is really the black suit. He knows Spidey's abilities and how he thinks. He is able to duplicate those abilities and actually do better. It makes him very difficult to defeat.
