What's your most memorable dive vacation?

Back in 98, my cousin and I went to Australia and did a three day live-aboard on the Great Barrier Reef. It was absolutely fantastic: Giant clams, sharks, baracudas, cuttle fish, rays, morays, and sea turtles everywhere. Not to mention the coral itself. If I can ever get the money together to do it again, I certainly will. I'm bringing my wife next time though. My cousin is on his own! :)

mine would have to be a week at small hope bay on andros island in the bahamas. It was a week of great dives and food in a family run establishment. everything was paid but the bar tab. Now i haven't been there in a fwew years so i don't know what they have changed but the dives are great and its out by the toungue of the ocean for you deep divers. plus a hammock on the beach at sunset was juyst sooooo awesome

My most memorable vacation was spending the two weeks every year with my cousin in her RV touring the West coast of the US and learning things I could never learn in a class room...I saw twister, was in my first earthquake(2.5) and saw rain and lighting without any clouds in the sky. I also saw a lot of tourist sites, historical places and geological ventures...

Sound exciting! I've never dived before so I don't know what it's like.
