i don't think it is a secular country ... i think india has just been able to keep its people together...the govt plays the the secular card whenever it feels to retain its power..... politicians r corrupt by the roots and they fool the people....people should rise above the situation todismantle this corrupt system...

INDIA is a secular country.
do u know what is meant by secularism. it means it rejects all religious considerations.
when the country passes a new law or anything , it keeps in mind all the religions and does not do it in favour of any religion.
may be some politians are in favour of a religion but all together we consider all the religions same.
