In my case my husband and my mother are my best friend. now dont ask me to choose one out of them.

first thing that comes to mind is my older sister. she is my very best friend there are alot of times that we bump heads and have arguemets but i think that just makes our relatiosnship stronger, being able to overcome our differences. also my younger and only brother, since he was born i felt this speacail connection with him i tell him everything and even though he no longer tells me everything instead he tells my husbnand i still consider him one of my bvest friends
