well, he did great in his previous team.. and i guess he can do more now.. now tha pressure is wiht him. he must prove that he's change of team is for the best!

Comparing the standards of the US league and the Spanish La Liga there is no reason why Beckham can't excel in America especially with a £128 million pay packet for 5 years. He should be able to do well but i firmly believe that the American league will never prosper to the levels of the English league.

he's reputed to be a fantastic player, so i would think he will do well here in the US. soccer has a following here, but it isnt a huge following by any means, hopefully Beckham will be able to increase the fan base. i heard that he was being brought over here mainly to teach, but im not sure how true that is.
