that everyone rants and raves about. I can't understand because I live in California and we don't have them out here. And though I've been to the east coast and may have had a cup, it sure didn't make me say "hey, this is some good coffee", or at least enough for me to remember it. So, please help me understand what people like about it. I am a huge coffeeholic and if it is as good as people say, I might go out of my way to get a cup if I see a Dunkin Donut shop somewhere.

Dunkin Donuts have ok coffee. It is not strong enough for me. They add sugar and cream for you and I don't like it. They have better price than Starbucks. It is about 1/2 price. Overall, my home made coffee is the best:)

I like it strong as well and drink coffee black. I also feel that brewing coffee yourself is the best way to make sure that it is to your liking. I buy whole beans and grind them pretty fine so I get a stronger flavor. Thanks for the post.

Don't bother going out of your way for it! We have a lot of Dunkin Donuts and Tim Horton's here, and I don't care for either one (and I'm a coffeeholic also!). I drink Folers at home and Starbucks only if I buy it out somewhere. I find Dunkin Donuts coffee is bitter. It's always made fresh, but the taste isn't smooth.

This is good to know, thank you. I too drink Folgers at home but addsome freshly ground coffee to the drip for more flavor. Bitterness isn't too much of a drawback for me as I think that I got used to the way Starbucks brews their coffee...really strong but there are other coffee shop coffees that I prefer because of the less bitter taste.

I have no idea what they rant and rave about. I really don't like dunkin donuts coffee. It has a weird taste to me. I'll take starbucks coffee anyday over dunkin donuts.

It's funny that you say that. I'm finding more and more people who are familiar with Dunkin Donut's coffee who are saying the same thing. The problem is now I want to try it even more now that I see two distinct points of view. Thanks for posting.

I think I am just addicted to Dunkin Donuts coffee because its affordable. Starbucks is way better but the price is a little steep.

Being inexpensive is a definite plus and I agree with you in that Starbucks is way over priced. It's just that the've cornered every market here in San Francisco so it becomes a convinience thing.

its all about their background and how they advertize it. i always see advertizements that say something about running on dunkins and how their donuts are made fresh every day. i think its a good example of how great advertizing your products can be and its obviously working for them lol
