What is a `quality discussion'

Can anyone out there qualify what the term quality discussion means. people keep saying that u earn more if u give quality replies. what does this mean. who decided if a reply is quality or not. i really dont think the guys at mylot have the time to go through all the discussions and rate them. so how does this work.

A quality discussion would be a topic you post that have certain qualities. They could be thought provoking, international affairs, medical knowledge, etc, etc.
It has to be one that others can contribute their experiences and further knowhow on that subject.
Non quality posts will go like these :
Where are you born?
Are you married?
Am I a moron? and on and on.
Hope this helps you to write more quality topics.
