i love to that "sleep" word..i m also trying to sleep for more 7 to 8 hours..but its not possible due to work...

Generally I sleep for 6 to 7 hours but during exam I used to sleep for 3 to 4 hours.Also I am tired due to work then I sleep for 10 to 11 hours also.Thus it depends on the situation fased be me as to how many hours I will sleep.Also if I have a heavy dinner then my sleeps go for a slightly long time.

my sleeping hours keep varying daily as it soley depends on my family...mainly i should say my kids, as my younger one is just 6mnths old i dont get much sleep as he needs me n so i try sleeping weneve i can wen im done with my chores n hes sleeping n well try consolidating atleast 6-7 hrs .

i sleep more than 6 hrs in night.
if i don't sleep this much then i feel more exhausted the whole day.
if i get this much sleep then i feel more engergetic.
if i sleep more than 8 hrs then i feel laziness whole day.
have a nice time on mylot.

I often sleep about 6 hours, but I know it's not enough, according to health researches everyone should sleep at least 8 hours a day but unfortunately we need to give up of something in order to get our appointments done.
If I hadn't too much activities I'd likely sleep more 'cause when I'm rested I trend to be more efficient in my activities since I have more energy to lift heavy weights, I'm more patient too
If somebody tells you that sleep is rubish, or it's just for lazy people, just take a look and compare how people that sleep less are, they're agressive, less patient, less talkative, and are always cranky.
