I keep thinking of him for more than 3 years...

3 years ago when i was in school, i noticed this particular guy in the school because he looked partially like my ex-bf. Till one day when my classmates dared me to approach this guy, then i started to develop feelings for this guy..
One day i discovered that he has a gf.. Of cos, my heart was shattered. And even more coincidentally, i saw his gf and him holding hands together after school. From then on, i decided that i must totally forget about him...
Anyway, after 3 years of telling myself this, i still cannot forget him. He is so ncie that i really want to be with him. Now everything is too late. Should i give him up or shld i go and search for him? He may still be with his girl, or he may be single now... I really dunno and afraid that i may be disappointed again :(

I think you shouldn't give-up about him. You don't know if he is single now, do you? So why won't you try to contact him now? In that case, you can see more clearly. It is better to be dissapointed one more times, than having your life dreaming through him again and again without any reality.

Yes, you could give it try one last time. As you said, you don't know whether he is single or not. You could check it out.
However you should not do this with the expectation that you will surely get him. First of all make yourself ready with the outcome that he will surely reject you. Be prepared for that.
If he is single and accept you, you could go ahead and live your life happily forever.
However if he still have his gf, then you don't need to get disturbed, you just need to forget everything and go on. I am sure you will find someone more loveable, you deserve someone more worthwhile.
Just remember, you cant be enjoy the future being prision of past.
Let the past be past and just go on.
