How to lose 10 lbs. in 10 days?

Has anyone done it? I wanna lose some kgs and have experienced that dieting options aren't working. What can do?

Weight - There are alot of people who want to work out eat healthy to lose weight
Just a little FYI when trying to loose weight to fast. I work out myself but not trying to loose weight to fast...The average weight a person should hope and try to lose a week when eating and working out correctly is something like 1 or 2 pounds. It's really good, healthy and safe, also smart and a very effective amount to lose. I know it's not as fast as you would hope for but sadly, that is just the way it is... Aside from all the obvious health risks and possible negatives of losing any more than that a week, losing anymore than 1 or 2 pounds a week means you are losing muscle, not FAT. And that right there is not good. Hope this helps and good luck...

I'm developing love handles. I'm really concerned about it. 'm just 23 and it looks ugly sporting a tummy.

I am not sure if it is physically possible to lose 10 pounds in 10 days at all. If there is a way I would assume that it would be not eating at all and that is definatly not a healthy road to go down. I'm sorry, good luck, if you find a way, please share it with me!
