You mean that chocolate brand? Well, I can't really say if it is good for our teeth. But I do know that too much sweet damages our teeth. Cadbury is sweet. Too much sweet is bad. You get the idea.. =)

If it is not good, It is also not bad. Either crores of children can be teethless. Cadbury is a successful, trusted and quality brand.
