have you ever been to jail ? what was it for?

yea. i have. they considered it a class A felony - first time i'd ever been arrested. i went to court for an arraignment and a hearing but before it ever went to trial, the judge closed the case and put me on probation for only 9 months. i have been wanting to write a letter to the police dept in that city to show them how much misjudgement their policemen have - but i never really have the time for it. oh well!

yea but you never know what can happen, even if you go out and out of the blue are in an accident where you are at fault and if the other person has a small child that got hurt severely - even if it was a freak accident and even if you are a decent citizen you may still probably get jail time. i myself am also a decent citizen - sometimes police have severe misjudgement. and i still have bad dreams about the time i was in jail for only 8 hours and this happened in 2005 - because it really took and still is taking a shock out of me and the way i see others even some police sadly.
