how to maintain joinfamily?

From what i can see is not only that the younger generation are by themselves but its also about privacy and spending time with your loved one! also depends where you are residing. The rent one is paying or society fees etc. One more reason maybe the earning capacity of each individual in the family. PRIVACY can be the factor!

In past most of the people were dependent on agriculture. And in agriculture it made a sense to stay together. Also as there were very few people who were in jobs away from homes so we never thought of those nuclear families. But at present everybody wants to be in job. Due to which we have to stay away from our homes and families. That's why we have lot more nuclear families now.

The main reason for splitting joint families into nuclear families the increase in money earning capacity of people.Today even teenaged people earn in thounds by joining callcenters.Thus people are becomming independent at a early age and thus think of getting settled separately to gain freedom.Also people are becomming more selfish and furget what parents did for them.Also people today are more attracted towards western culture.I think after getting saperate people come to know the disadvantages of split family, but many times it is late and no time to come back.

In olden days, the business and work was related to agricultural. Peole were stay at one place and did their work. Nowdays, due to globalization and variety of work, people go from one place to other and do their jobs.
