OH YEAH!! I was a victim of politics at work when the Billing Manager hired me to be the next Billing Manager after she resigned. Unfortunately, she had an ongoing differences with the woman Administrator who, in order to spite my Billing Manager, had thwarted the plan. I had moved on since then coz I can't stand working in that environment.
What would you do in that situation?

Seems like you're in a pickle. In the middle of a war and you don;t know who's right or wrong. The right decision is to find another job where there is cease fire or no war at all, I hope.
