Is it just me or does this happen other people. Every time I have a night out and a few drinkies (Id have 6 or 7) Im out of action all the next day and dont feel right again for at least 2 days.
I enjoy a few every now and again but latley Im loosing 2 days for a night out as I feel so bad and am thinking of giving it up altogether. I used to be able to drink and maybe have a bit of a hangover for a few hours the next day if I overdid it but then Id be fine. Is it an age thig or what?

yes it is definitely an age thing. I am now 49!!!! the big 50 next year pg. I was never a big drinker but now 2 drinks and that is it. It wouldnt bother me to have two at home but I think it is the late night aswell as the drink that really does the damage. I just am not able to function without a full nights sleep and put a few drinks on top of that I miss the day completely

I guess it must be and age thing. I used to be able to drink four or five drinks, but now I have had to reduce it to just two drinks. I could possible manage a third, but I don't like the hazy feeling the next morning, and I can't sleep at night after having a drink. However, I am not going to give up drinking.
