hi guys i have started this topic because there r many such people which think that only because of touching but its not like that and the main aim of starting this topic is to give knowledge to people globaly

The only measure one can have is to discipline ones' self and uphold ones' dignity. If we don't have discipline in our selves, surely we'll end up doing any person we meet, and eventually get diseases like this. We just hold on to that thinking that we're humans and not animals so act like human.
