Do babies have the ability to communicate through talking in the early ages?

How smart kids? What do they know already? What do we teach them thats contradicts whats already embedded in them? I am doing research on how we are influence to become someone one else. Why do we live in our kids over and over? How does lying tothem effect who they become?

No i don't think so but they might call you papa or something but they don't know what they are saying ... i think they communicate by their expression and attitude yea
