When is the right time for dating?

My sister is having problems with her daughter. She thinks she is too young to start dating. She is 14. I am saying she is not too young. What do u think? When is the right time for dating?

As a father of two young girls i would argue that 99 years is too young for dating, nevermind 14. Truth be told every parent feels their daughter is too young for dating whatever age it starts. We must recognise that when the girl thinks it is right, this is the right time for her whatever anyone else might think
