Since the time I came to know that there is a system like rating somebody's discussion or response at mylot i have rated almost every one a '+'. But i really don't know if somebody ever rates me and my responses or discussions. I just wanted to ask you guys as to how many of you guys rate any body's discussion or response and as to what do you rate it('+' or '-') and on what criteria do you give the respective ratings?? do you rate every response that you get in your own discussion??And the ratings that appear before your name in a star, do they affect in any way the amount of mony you earn at mylot per response??

Hello Raphael. I just gave you a plus rating. I try to rate everyone who replies to my posts.
Usually I give plus ratings, even if they disagree with me.

Thats Nice. Actually i also rate everybody positively until their posts don't turn negative or against the discussion. Means i rate negative to only those people who are not intrested in having a quality discussion and just come to write something so that they may earn from the onliner they wrote

I guess 1 cent gets added up with every '+'ve rating..!!
I rate people up on the discussions which are not abusing and harmul ...!
Otherwise I rate every one '+'ve all those who respond to me and to all deiscussions I respond to..!!
Thats it ..Easy going ..!!
And I am going to rate you '+'ve buddy ..cheer up..!

I rate every post I read. If I read a discussion and respond it gets a +. If it is against the guidelines, it gets a !. If it is gibberish or flaming or other wise rude, it gets a _. I NEVER rate a response a - just because they disagree with my point of view, only if they are vulgar or rude about it. Some do however, therefor our numbers do not reflect our answers as much as how we are taken by the others on the site.
I don't think that one + or - makes a big difference, but several people giving a - will hurt your reputation number. I also don't think it has anything to do with payment, that depends on how well you participate in the discussions you respond to. Your star says 59/100 that means you have gotten 59 pluses out of 100.

I always rate you a plus, you have been an exceptional friend to me and I am really grateful and thankful and waut to say Dhanyavaad and shukria to you today as I have a few moments peace here.. You have been on my mind heavily today and I realized I hadn't come to visit your page to see how your discussions were going and I was mortifies to find two with 0 responses. That must never ever occur again, it is forbidden lol.
