kids homework???

Do children recieve to much homework?? The teachers load them with tons of homework and they have sports, drama and other after school activities. I barely get to see my kids in the evening since they have so much home work....what do you think!!!!

Yes!! I think it is way too much and done at a much too early age. I was reading that parents of a 2nd grader
complained to the School Board that their child had an
hour of homework every night.
This is insane. Not to be critical of teachers, but, if a 2nd Grader has an hour of homework a night, what do they
teach during the day?
