There are at least two kinds of marriage. One is the ever lasting marriage, in which the couple stay with each other on every difficult occasions and their relationship last for their whole lives. Another type of marriage are short ones. Chinese old fashioned thinking always view the ever last ones the real marriage. As for everlasting marriage, the matching of the couple is supposed to be made in heaven before the boy and girl are born. In fact, when two people from different backgrounds get together, it is not easy for them to be happy forever. The elder Chinese alway believe that there must be something pre-arranged to make them stick with one another for decades and still be happy with the other half.

Yes,I agree.Since there s say that when we born the lifepatner name will be written.When we any couple living happily with understanding we feel that they are made for each other..

The first marriage between first human Adam and Eve is actually administered God himself. So I can say that marriage is made by heaven. Nowadays most marriages are done in civil way to obey the law and make the relationship legal.
