Why is breastfeeding considered mature content?

Hello, I started my first discussion yesterday on breastfeeding while pregnant and it was tagged mature content. Just wondering why this happened? I didn't figure breastfeeding would be mature content it is a natural thing. Thanks for any help on this matter.
