Do you still consider suicide a sin?

there is always a hope till last .one should try to find options and not end his life

I have some of the same feelings as you do on this..but consider this scene...it's Sept 11th 2001 and your on the 88th floor of the world trade center. there is no escape and all hope is lost. the smoke is so thick you cant see, the heat so intense it feels like your skin is melting. Do you stay and burn alive in pain that you couldnt even begin to imagine, or do you end your suffering by jumping out the window? or are you going to sit there and contemplate if its a sin or not?

It is a sin, and also a sign of cowardness..it is the easy way out..but definately the right way out..

Sure is not a good ting but I don't agree with you I don't consider this like a sin.this only make a lot of pain for those that we leave

nope i dont think its a sin...i think its a shame that people get in such a dark and lonely place that they want to do that.i think life is a precious,precious gift full of beautifull things.i see beauty in places other people just miss it.there are alot of bad things and terrible people in the world but i am sooooo glad for every day that im here.i wish i could help people who want to end it all because its so final and such a waste.i think about all the people who are terminally ill,especially kids who would give anything to live and i feel so sad.but i think we own our own lives,if we want to die,its up to us but i think if people are balanced and thinking straight they wouldnt want to.

There is no reason on earth for any to kill himself,it is a sin before God.For every reason you give someone ignors that and moves on

yes i agree with you.sucide is a mortal sin.why can't people live up to the challenge and face it rather giving their life for it. GOD had given them a chance but he lost it.i think sucide people are the greatest losers.

Well I do believe it is wrong to stop you own life as christians it is onlt God Himslef who could decide on that. As a catholic I would say it is a sin and I believe they have to be taken care of before they do the act.

I really don't know. It is kinda selfish to kill yourself because you're causing pain to other people, but I don't know if it'll be an actual sin...I guess the reason for killing yourself would have to be under consideration for God.
