Prematurity Birth

Have any of you had a long premature birth, and what was your complications and why did you go in premature delivery? I for one have been due september 13, and i delivered july 31 after being in labor for 4 days. I've had a long and complicated delivery and its all relates to my genestial diabetes.

my daughter was born at 27 weeks, so 3 months preemature. doctors still don't know why. she was 2 pounds 2 ounces and spent 2 months in the hospital. she is 3 now and doing good. she doens't have any health problems.
