Sending Private message to Mylot.com / myLot

If we have a question or comment that we would like ask to us to them we can just log in to our account and send them... and then they will do the needful...So have u tried it?? what would be your private comment to them??

I've used the form twice asking questions but did not get a response back from them on it. Not sure if they got them or not. I know many others have commented they got responses and issues resolves so maybe the cyber monster ate mine.
