Which gender more succesfull to be a leader or head in the bussines?

I guess both genders have the ability to become a successful leader if both can think wisely and make a proper desicion and know all the consequents they will get in future.They must have a better leadership to guide their down ones.Being a strong hearted too.

I also think both gender are qualified to be a leader. But the woman don't add with their emotional when they thinking to get the best decision.

Men are better leaders. The are less emotional and able to think ahead. They are more strategic.
