Hi Its been seven years that I am in the coporate environment. I cam across various colleagues in my life.. Some were smart, some were good at communicaton, some had a great foresight... I want to discuss to different qualities of a person working in any organization.. Attitude: Willingness to work Aptitude: Ability to work Ofcourse both are necessary ... But which do you feel is important??
