Do you indulge in your interests?

I seem to be paying this home loan and some personal loans of my father for ages. When I moved to the US, I wanted to save as much as possible so that i could clear off my debts. As a result, I bought most of the things in my house in a moving sale. My wife is considerate enough not to ask me to buy anything. but i've been eying this plasma tv for sometime. I dont know if i should indulge myself and make another monthly commitment or should i ask my wife to buy whatever she wants?
