another company is pirating me what should i do??

i have a job and its 5 days to go i'll gonna be regular already the salary here is not that big but just right if you dont have a family on your own and now the due date is coming for my regularization another company is pirating me. Promised a big salary and compensation that is much more bigger than my current job. I dont know what to do because i used to like my job here. Aside from its very easy and doing practically nothing i also learned to love the people around me, we already built a big cammaraderie here at work and now it is really hard for me to decide if i'll gonna leave them or not.. please advise me.
