OK, I have been surfing the internet for a LONG time, and here are some great free webhosts, the best I have found, as well as a paid host if you feel you need that professional feeling at your site. http://www.Mercness.net.au Great paid hosting starting from around $3AUD/month (Cheaper in USD). They have excellent servers with 99% uptime, MySQL Access, unlimmited mySQL, FTP, and email accounts, great customer support (they even allow you to talk via MSN), Fantastico, CPanel, and much more! http://www.110mb.com Free hosting (or cheap upgraded hosting) with no ads, FTP Access, MySQL Acces (but only 1 database/user per account), decent uptime, great server speed, and free subdomain (name.110mb.com). This is mainly for advanced webmasters, as they don't have a web builder or anything. If you are new to the web, I recommend freewebs.com http://www.Freewebs.com Free hosting, with expensive upgrades...they are so expensive though because of their great site builder. Even if you don't want to pay, their free service is good for anyone knew to the internet. Free members have a forced FreeWebs toolbar at the top of their page, and ads if they go over their monthly limit (or can set their account to freeze after reaching limit, you choose). Please note though that free members may only upload one file at a time, and must be a member for a week before doing so, so advanced users who like FTP Access (which they do not have), I would not recommend this for you!
