Great recipe for the kids and hubby. 185g margarine 3/4 cup brown sugar (firmly packed) 1 egg (lightly beaten) 1 cup milo 1/4 cup water 1/4 cup self-raising flour 1 1/2 cups plain flour Icing:2 tspns butter (extra) 1 cup icing sugar 3 tspn vanilla essence 2 Tbspn Milo (extra) Beat butter and sugar in a bowl with electric beater until light and fluffy, add egg and beat until combined. Stir in Milo, water, self-raising flour and plain flours, mix well. Put patty pans onto trays and then put dessertspoonfuls of mixture in the patty pan. Bake in amoderate oven at 190C for about 20 minutes or so. Stand little cakes on a cake cooler until cool. Icing: Combine extra butter, sifted icing sugar, milk and essence in a bowl. Mix well. Spread icing over cold cakes, then sprinkle extra Milo over tops and enjoy.

I've never tried it in the microwave, but I can't see any reason's why it couldnt be, you'd just have to adjust the cooking time as you would with any other cake. Any microwaved cake I've made is usualy just a normal recipe, you just have to keep an eye on the cooking time, and decrease it so it doesnt dry out.
