If you're anything like me you have trouble sleeping from time to time. You can help yourself get a better nights sleep with certain foods. For instance, bananas contain melatonin and seratonin, along with magnesium which is a muscle relaxant. Other foods that can help are chamomille tea, warm milk, honey, turkey, honey, and oatmeal. Please give me a good rating if this was helpful to you. Do you know of any other foods that can help you get a good nights sleep?
