Who you think really is the Fourth Hokage?
This is just my point of view.
I think Naruto is the Fourth Hokage, remeber when he fought against the Nine Tail Fox. This is a giant fox who has overwhelming power and stamina. Few years ago, this monster attacked the Village of Konoha. The demon fox was sealed by the Fourth Hokage, using a ninja technique that he personally developed (this technique was also used by the Third Hokage in attempt to seal Orochimaru, but he failed and only managed to seal his arms). Afterwards, Naruto was found to have the demon fox inside him!
If you have watched the series, you will notice that Naruto have overwhelming power and stamina. His wounds heal quickly like nothing happens. Its like using the power Nine Tailed Fox (demon fox), isnt that strange?
Now, do you think that the Fourth Hokage was turned into a baby (Naruto) after he tried to seal the demon fox?

dont you ever watch the series? you can see in the mountain. there were 4 heads of the great hokages of conoha! why would you say naruto is even the 4th! because the 3rd hokage is sarutobi but the 4th is tsunade! so how come naruto became the 4th?

Yup! Thats absolutely correct, blinded fox.
I remember that Sarutobi was declared Hokage at very young age. He was called genius in his youth, he was even called professor when he became older. He learned lots of ninja techniques and used them very effectively and efficiently.
I would say that Sarutobi holds the title of being the best among the best of Hokages. He learned techniques from the First Hokage and the Second Hokage, I believe that amazed those Hokages and chose Sarutobi to be the youngest Hokage. I remember that he even used some techniques of the First and Second when he fought Orochimaru.

Erm...i would still stick to the theory that FOURTH HOKAGE is NARUTO's father, or someone who he has a blood connection with. I think Fourth Hokage is from the same clan as Naruto. He sacrificed his last remaining clan to host the demon inside the body, that's why the demon is inside Naruto. Well, maybe. Just a theory.

Hey.. thats something new, I have never thought of the clan that they belong to. Uzumaki clan? lol, thats gonna be another twist. But we dont know which clan third hokage belong to as well anyway. Well, the most possible answer I can give is that fourth hokage is naruto's father and the leader of the organisation akatsuki. we will see it being revealed.

Yeah. That is very much possible. Most people who watch Naruto speculates that the Fourth is Naruto's daddy. Him being in the same clan as the Fourth is highly plausible. The jutsu the Fourth used cannot be used on any body. The container must be of special requirements for it to seal properly. =)

well, its true, they've only shown the grave of the 3rd hokage and of course the bodies of the 1st and 2nd.
....what my theory is, that when the 9 tails attacked, the 4th was with the woman who was giving birth to naruto...why, because he was the father. which is why he was late. you figure, a monster attacking like that, the hokage would be the first one there. but he wasn't, they open showing the men saying wait for the 4th to come.
of course we see how the nine tails chakra effects a simpler person like sakura, almost poisoning her, so naruto's own chakra is strong enough to handle the nine tails chakra. the fourth couldn't have just put this into just anyone, he would have to know that the child can withstand having the chakra of the nine tails inside of him. someone who would be strong.
the 4th was a great man who was strong, there's no doubt that his own child would be the same way

That's a good theory. I thought maybe Naruto was the son of the fourth. It would be really dramatic if he had sacrificed his own son for such a burden. They do look like father and son. But the fourth did seem pretty young. And then where would his mother be? So my guess isn't so good.

Thats a possibility but as you have said that the Fourth looks young.
Last month, I bought a poster of the Fourth Hokage. You will actually see the resemblance of Naruto and the Fourth Hokage! I was shocked when I see their resemblance, that gave me the idea to start this discussion to know if someone out there have the same way of thinking as me. To those people who supported this discussion, I want to thank you all and I really really appreciate your comments. Thank you for spending some time for this topic.

Yeah! There resemblance is really amazing as blindedfox said.
I guess you should buy your self a poster of the Fourth Hokage and will be shocked. Can you imagine that when Naruto turn to that age he will become a handsome guy, you will see that women will run to him. He will be a heartrob for sure!

See this is a possible theory, but here's mine, and I might think that this might be a more PLAUSABLE theory...
While it might be possible that the 4th Hokage used his special technique to seal the Nine-Tailed Fox inside of himself and reincarnate himself as a possibility, I believe that what would be more plausable would be that the 4th Hokage had a baby son, and he sacrificed himself in the forbidden technique to seal the demon fox INSIDE of his son, which is Naruto. But the process was so forbidden that it somehow killed him in the process and as his wife was giving birth to Naruto, the Nine-Tailed Fox made the birthing so deadly that it killed the 4th Hokage's wife and Naruto's mother during birth, thus making Naruto a child without parents. And it would also explain why most of the village with fear and resentment because they not only fear the Nine-Tailed Fox inside of him, but because he not only caused the sacrifice of the 4th Hokage AND the 4th's wife as well.
That to me would be the MOST logical explanation to me. And while I'm not dismissing the reincarnation theory, this one would seem to be the most plausable theory to go with in the series. But this is my two cents...

AHaha don't worry. I take no offense at all. =) I am just the type of anime viewer that really pays attention to the littlest details of the anime I'm watching. Naruto's parents is one of the major plotholes in this series. =) But that keeps the viewers coming back, to find out who (or what) Naruto is. =) There are still lots of plotholes but this one is MAJOR. =)

I dont know about that. But I doubt it. Fourth hokage might be alive you know. Why cant he be alive? becuase third hokage used the jutsu 3 times. You can use kage bunshin to use the jutsu and still alive right! I have this opinion that the leader of the akatsuki might be naruto parent you know. Naruto's father since the shadow looks like naruto and it looks like Fourth hokage. could it be fourth hokage that owns akatsuki? Well, that does not make sense at all but does not close the chance of that right? It will be bad if that really happens though. that is why im willing to watch naruto untill the end!! You will never guessed whats gonna happen in the end.

Yup! We should not close that possibility. Naruto's parents are the biggest mystery on the series, they are the biggest hole I think. When the series started, only baby Naruto was shown and the parents were not introduced. Until he was old enough to join the Ninja Academy, his parents were not scene in any episodes.
Its really interesting to find out Naruto's parents and to know what clan he really belong. Isnt it exciting to find out what blood limit he really have? Like the Uchiha, they have this Sharingan. The Hyuuga clan has this so called Byakugan and so forth.

Wow, thats something nice! That would give another twist and turn. I have never thought of that but I kinda like that idea you have there.
If that happens, it would be very tough for Naruto to fight his parents, that idea really thrills me a lot. The Akatsuki were looking for Naruto because they know that he possess such power with the nine tail fox inside him right? Well, as for now I will be looking forward to finish that series.

The fourth Hokage is no other than the father of Naruto. He looks like Naruto and has the same hair color. Most of my friends agree on this theory but we are not really sure about it.

Its a fact that no one only few people knows the family background of Naruto. I guess the Sannin Jiraiya knows something about the clan of Naruto or even the father and mother of Naruto. This series is getting exciting when think of these assumptions and I always look forward on discovering these mysteries in the near future.

I think that's an interesting theory. In the series it never says who Naruto's parents are, so where did he come from? It is just possible that he is the fourth Hokage reincarnated.

I thank those guys you shared their theories. It made me like Naruto more and become more enthusiast to see how Naruto will accept those theories (if they actually happens, who know right?)
