sleeping pattern...

i have a four month old baby and his sleeping pattern is changing every month,i have no enough sleep, because he is awake at night ang sleeping the whole day...how can i get enough sleep when i have to work during daytime?

I wold suggest hiring a babysitter or have one of your relatives watch the baby until you can figure out something with your work schedule or until the baby developes differnt sleep patterns
